Cyacomb
Visual Design, Motion Graphics, UX Design
A key aspect of Cyacomb's strategy to expand international growth was a full rebrand, undertaken by branding agency Mr. President. However, constantly evolving functionality and strategy required expansion of this design system.
My role was to build out the brand and design system created by Mr. President into new assets for Cyacomb's digital products, as new use cases for new users developed.

A key approach to lead generation for Cyacomb's products is video content on social media, though their branded intro sequence was a static graphic.
I developed the company's new logos into dynamic motion graphics with a consistent identity across sub-brands, capturing attention on crowded social feeds.
Building components and patterns from the refreshed design system into new icons was key to communicating evolving technical capabilities and use cases.
Developing assets for comms and documentation required constant cross-functional collaboration.
To develop new icons visualising rapid digital triage, for example, I ran a workshop with the VP Product and VP Engineering to ensure accurate communication of product features.
Icons were crafted to visualise complex technical processes for expert specialist audiences, such as this icon representing file hashing.
Central to promoting such innovative products is highlighting value offered in key use cases for a range of specific end users.
To develop an animation demonstrating digital triage products, I pitched storyboard iterations to the VP Sales and Head of Business Development, incorporating feedback to ensure the needs of key stakeholders are met.
The final animation was tailored to EMEA and US markets respectively.
Animations were used at various expos and conferences to drive lead generation. Feedback collected through interaction with users honed future communication.
A key project was the development of a new website. To develop dynamic content, I reworked existing product feature visualisations into device-responsive motion graphics.
An issue posed in more direct comms was inconsistency in the appearance of email signatures across different providers.
Through prototyping and testing with team members to troubleshoot issues, I developed a customisable, provider-agnostic template, with documentation.
During my time at the company, I delivered leading content for the launch of Cyacomb Safety, and assets I developed are in use generating leads for Cyacomb Forensics products around the world.
Cyacomb recently closed a £6.5m funding round to continue scaling into new markets.
